    Direct3D error

I cant run Body Shop. Sims2 (DVD) runs fine, but when I try body shop I get this message. Direct3D returned an error: D3DERR-INVALIDCALL! This application will now terminate. Ive seen many similar problems, but never solutions that work for me. The info for my Toshiba laptop: if you need more please tell me.

    Intel Pentium M 1.60 GHz
    504MB Ram
    Windows XP Home Edition
    DirectX Version 9.0c
    Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS,910GML Express
    Igxprd32.dll 6.14.0010.4670

    Please help?

you don't have to have the dvd in the drawer while using body shop. just open your index go to ea games open your last ep and scroll down to body shop... hope this helps.
