Dogs will opnly breed once, Help! I have bred my dogs that I have made look like wolves. The problem is try for puppy only appears the first time I breed them and the second time "try for a puppy"won't appaer after I get offspring from them once even though all the the dogs' and sims relationships are good. Is it because I have too many people in my house, I have 5 sims and 5 dogs speaking of which I was only able to get 1 pair out of the orginal 2 pairs to have an option try for puppy and breed. Could it be because 2 of my 5 sims are children raised from babies, not made under "create a family"? How do I get my dogs to breed several times? Pleadse help!
Sell the puppies. You have too many pets to add more. Once you're down to two dogs you should be able to breed them again. You might even get to keep a puppy, but five is probably too many.
SBW is right. You'll need to get rid of some of your dogs before the option to breed will show up again. From what I've seen 6 pets is the max someone can get - but the puppy option stops at 5 (since litters are normally more than one).
