expansion pack trouble- plz plz help:( hey peeps, I have had the sims 2 for a while now and over the months I got the nightlife expansion pack and Open for bussiness, which all worked fine together... until i got Univercity. As the last instalation page came up on screen it had a picture of open for bussiness beside the launch sims univercity option.I clicked launch univercity but then I got an error message saying im running the wrong version please use open for bussiness. I entered the correct cd's and serial numbers so I dont know how this has came about. Now my expansion packs will only work if only one of them is installed. I have tried uninstalling then re-installing and saving them in different places but nothing has worked. If anyone can help please do .
What order are you installing the EPs in? I'm pretty sure that you have to do it in the order they were released: 1) Sims 2 2) University 3) Nightlife 4) Open for Business Try uninstalling them and then reinstalling in that order...You will then need to use the Open for Business cd to play the game...
