Forum Popups?

dunno if its this site or if its Spywear...but yeah...

 

Popups??? Yeah you bet Josh!! I get them a lot actually. Didn't think so much about it until I saw this thread. I'm pretty used to them...

I started getting them a few days ago... VERY annoying!! Mostly from Ancestry-something and a couple of others, it made the pages of the forum itself load VERY slowly! It hasn't happened in my visit today though, so I hope that means you fixed it!! I'm VERY happy to hear there aren't SUPPOSED to be any pop ups here in the Forums!!!

So far this last 6 hours I haven't seen any popups, which is a very good sign. :classic:

 

Grrr.. Right now, when i shoul post at another thread i got 2 popups. :-( But I can't say for sure if it's related to worlds or AIM.

 

arrrgh!!! I couldn't find this thread to post about the ton of pop ups I got yesterday!! It froze up my computer twice, and the second time I had to press control + alt+ delete and shut down Internet Explorer entirely to unfreeze!! aaaaaaaaaaahhhh!! I hope they listen to Josh!! Go get em Josh!!!

Good news, Josh said that the pops ups here should be temporary, it's something about seeing where traffic comes from?? Anyway, I'm glad it's only temporary!!

Got a popup right now when I was finishing posting in SC3000 forum. It was from FMN Media.

 

Again - 2 in a row... *sighes* Surveys.com and about accessing your PC from anywhere.

 

I've got an annoying one that has nowhere to click to close the window!! :(
