    Free Time Bug?

I got my copy today and I was super excited! Mainly because I thought it wouldnt be released here so quickly :p

Anyway! I noticed that now my sims tend to overheat easily  Besides doing the normal exercises which obviously overheats the sims, my sims actually took a shower/bath/bubble bath and then their temperature rises  The only thing keeping my sim from bursting into flames was I had the hack where sims don't react to any temperature issues.

Does anyone else face this problem too? I tested it with my sims bathing in non-custom content tubs/showers, and it still happens :( Please advice :(

Mine have always gotten into the red since temperature became a factor. I don't notice is any more then normal since installing FT.

Is there anyway to cool the sims down? Because I gave them lemonade, which helped SOMETIMES, and got them in the pool (not sure if it was meant to help) but it didnt, got them to bath and the temperature gotten higher ....

I remembered throwing all my sims out of the house to play in the snow till its back to green, and then my sim mommy wanted to bath, and I got her to shower, and the temperature shot up

I never experienced any temperature problems before, I need some advice :weeping:

My sims have always had their temperature rise into the red when they take a bath or shower. I don't think it's too big of a deal. If it starts glowing red for awhile then they might develop a bit of heat stroke and they'll turn red for awhile. But over all your sims should be fine. The worst that really happens is that they pass out and someone has to douse them with water. I had one of mine die once from overheating, but his brother plead with the reaper for his life. So I wouldn't worry about it getting into the red untill your sim turns red!

Hmm... Yes, it does sound buggy. Have you tried patching your game? To try to avoid this from happening again, I mean. But since the problem seems to be solved now that you moved them out, it was probably just a bugged lot.

Lets say bye-bye, housey, and laugh as we watch it get bulldozed... Or not. *ahem* :D

My sims don't get overheated from showeing or bathing but it annoys me how much they go into the red when they have only been excercising or outside for 5 minues! I do have freetime so I will keep an eye out for sims who overheat during basic activities that should not cause them to get overheated.

A bug I've found recently involves the lifetime aspiration benefits. I got my sim, Nicholas Monif, to use his points to get the benefit of summoning aliens. The first time he got abducted it came up in his memories as his wife had met aliens instead of him. Hmm.
