The report is something that only Microsoft can interpret, unfortunately. Sometimes when the game crashes you'll get a popup which shows a number, but those long reports are specifically for Microsoft. (And since they don't help, I usually say "don't send".) What were you doing when the game crashed? Some common things that can cause the game to crash: 1) Playing too long without saving (especially with a computer which has the minimum RAM required by the game, but this can also happen to people who have the maximum that a PC can have of RAM. That's why my computer says "Save. Save often. Remember to save often" written along the bottom of the monitor housing.) 2) Download problem. Things like duplicates, stairs which are not properly named, some mods (especially those which are from different makers), corrupted downloads, etc. 3) Corrupted game (which can happen if your computer decides to do something else while you're installing or loading the game) There are other things. These are just the ones which come to mind.
