game crashes at start up please help I have attached Dxdiag file- I updated what i could but it stills says - Spore has stoped working and will close ..HELP ..
Help ? no, error- I have no issues downloading the game, installing the game, decrypting ...All fine - even have the EA download mgr - when I try to play the screen comes up like the game is starting then A msg opens -- spore has stopped working --- another window replaces it ---a program has caused spore to close -- w/ a button -- close program-- I updated everything , drivers, patches, anything that might help .. un-installed-- reinstalled NOW 4 times --? below last updated dxdiag.file have not done anything else .. please help very fustrated Dabinsiian........
also ? before i got a report stated below .. Now ok i will say it bad me i had a torrent version -- but I bought the game and removed the other version ? is this my issue? If you installed a legit version, then you might need patches for Spore. Please be sure you get the EADM to download the latest patches before launching Spore.
Getting an Error Now when it crashes @ start up!!!! ok, so i went thur everything , I had no spore at all in my system ... went thur and did a driver sweep.. removed all old drivers ..went back on the website and downloaded the creator trial version & yippe it worked fine -- so spent the night re-downloading spore from the EA mrg. re-installed - went to play .. & yeah NOW I am getting - unable to start renderer please ensure your display is set to 32 bit {1001 } what is that? So I check my display options from what I could tell ... my reg display says highest 32 bit... ? so Now what .. do I need to re- download the patches ? ALL of the #3 if so where should I get them { safely } please provide a link . - oH & ITS IS A LEGIT !!!! please Help ...going nuts Dabinsiian ....

The problem is probably due to the integrated graphics chipset that is not supported by the game. You would need to buy an actual graphics card to play the game. I can't think of any other reason why it would not work.
but I, had the game playing once already? I restored to a backup point ? what happen? help??? I am having other issues - when I try to put a background on the desk top nothing shows its just black? anything ??? Lost in OMG land...dabinsiian
Here's a long shot but you might go over to Nvidia's website and download the latest motherboard drivers for your set-up. The only thing is I do not see an option for a 620i board at all. You might look in the archived drivers to see if there is anything there. Also try turning off the Aero utility within Vista and see if it helps at all! It may be more than it can take to try running the game and Aero at the same time!
Explain exactly what has happened since the game was working. Something you have done since then has broken the game, and the desktop it would appear.
