I'm not sure even the system requirements are out yet. Primarily because the game is still in beta form. It is safe to assume that the basic requirements you need the same as The Sims: Unleashed (except you don't need The Sims )
When we find out for sure, I hope it'll be posted here so I can make sure to GET the requirements!! heehee!
Yes that's the minimum Sam. I've read it somewhere. But I think it was Mayorrick that told me (and he's one of the testers and behind many screenshots) that 700mhz, 128mb RAM and a good graphicscard is necessary. I have a GForce II 32 mb card - and I will do fine on that I believe. On my original Sims it says WAY lower requirements for playing sims than any Simmaster recommends. There it says only 32 mb RAM - all Simmasters recommend a minimum of 128mb!!!! Normally you double the requiremants that's on the pack if you're smart. :classic:
Oh I know i doublepost now - but it's for the purpose of saying: This sounds as it's start belonging under the Artforum!! So is their a way to let it have it's own thread over there?? That is if Starchip is so kind to share the stories with us. Which I certainly hope!! :classic:
Go look Nina, it's up, I was just there! Back to system requirements... I think it's looking like IF we get a new computer we'll try to get at least 2ghz speed!! So hopefully after that we won't have to worry about being behind for another 5 years or so....
Lol You can always hope! :classic: I've heard that they are developing like 3 ghz now.. It IS crazy. I'm gonna get 1,8 ghz anyway. Hopefully 2 ghz. if the price is right.
WOAH! 3 ghz? The machine is like turbo or something? Now they just need to make a flying computer.... . I have 1 ghz on mine and i'm gonna change from 128 to 512 mb ram... i'm saving money
The main director of IBM said on the developing years of the computer: "On the world, there'll be space for some 2 or 3 computers" He said this beacause on that time, it was expensive and took a loooot of space!!!! Just on this forum we must have more than 20 !!! *hops on the flying puter*
