GameShard – The Sims 3: Ambitions review Aren’t we done with review’s already?* Just slap a “better then WA” sticker on the game box and call it a day: The new careers, of course, come with new animations and music to accompany them; I particularly enjoyed the fashion-obsessive stylist fawning over a customer wanting a makeover, and the Ghostbusters and Scooby Doo-style Ghost Hunting music and spooky draped-sheet ghosts. There are also new buildings to go with the professions; Fire Station, Junk yard, etc, though most of these don’t serve that great a purpose other than to act as a hub for the professions. 2 years on, and the Sims 3 still looks great, but there are a few lingering bugs that persist even with Ambitions- I encountered a few instances of Sims getting stuck and not carrying out actions, save games corrupting, and even a couple of untimely crashes to desktop. It’s a shame these haven’t yet been fixed, as they can be quite damaging to the enjoyment of the game. If you care click zis’ (link to full article)
