Garbage Out of Control Hi Everyone. I have been playing SC4 Rush Hour for quite a while now and have experienced several unusual scenarios. This one is the weirdest. My region has about 750K population. The city with the problem has about 80K and is 31 yrs old. Everything has been working normally until for no apparent reason the rate of garbage production begins to escalate very quickly. I have landfill being used and more available. It starts at about 8000 and continues to grow to over 200,000 before I go bankrupt. I continue to zone more landfill, make maximum neighbor deals to export garbage [no import deals], build recycling centers and waste-to-energy converters... all to no avail. The garbage eventually always outstrips my increased capacity. This takes place over a period of only 6-8 months. The population number remains relatively constant. I haven't tried the tire recycling or paper waste reduction ordinances yet. Comments or suggestions? Thanks.
