    Graphics rendering error

Hi, im using a ATi 3850 with drivers 8.9. I get this weird landscape graphics error which I've attached below. I didn't get this problem while i was in the under water stage, it has just started when I left the water stage. I've also attached my directX report.

have you tried reducing your resolution to something like 1024x768 and even possibly increasing the refresh rate to 75MHz? What happens when you play in windows mode (press ALT + Enter)

    So let's see here

    430watts MAX Power Supply
    Intel Processor 2140
    2GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3850 w/1GB Memory
    Logitech USB Camera
    Samsung 500GB Hard Drive
    Maxtor 80GB Hard Drive
    Hitachi/LG DVD-RW

I'd say you're borderline in terms of power consumption, and it may very well be that the GPU is undercutting performance to prevent power surges, and such.

See if these drivers will help you. http://www.omegadrivers.net/ati_vista.php

If not, then likely it's a very HIGH possibility your GPU is underclocking itself.
