Has The Sims Faded causing The Sims 2 to Fade? Well since Maxis has really wrung The Sims out with expansion pack after expansion pack, the thought occured to me...could people actually be tired of The Sims causing people to loose interest in The Sims 2? Just a discussion thought.
I kind of suspect that as long as the fans keep coming up with more stuff they want to be able to DO with their sims in the game, and as long as Maxis keeps working that into their latest version of it, the Sims will live on, one way or another. People have talked about things like teenage sims, kids growing up, etc. for a while now and the Sims 2 offers this that they've been wanting for so long in an even more detailed version of the game, so I think people will still get excited and want to finally be able to do what they've wanted.
