have I done it wrong? Hello Simmers. I have recently started playing Sims 2 and have added IKEA, Pets, Nightlife and now, today, Open for Business. All has been fine until today. Having installed Open for Business in its own folder, I then tried to play the game but am told I have the wrong disk in and to use IKEA. When I put that in it wants Pets instead. If I run Pets, there does not seem to be any mention of the Open for Business expansion, so I am puzzled. I am happy to uninstall the lot and start from scratch if I have done something wrong, but do I need to install in a particular order? All games are in their own folders. XP thanks
You should always run the latest expansion disk which in your case is Pets. Stuff packs with the exception of Mansions and Gardens are not used . What do you mean by in it's own folder? It should have it's own folder under the Electronics Arts / Sims 2 folder but not a separate one from them.
