Open up Body Shop, then choose what you want to make. Choose 'Start New Project' and after giving it a name, select the clothing, hair or whatever you want it to be based on. Next, click 'Export Textures', and they will be saved to your project folder. It should tell you where to find the texture files, so make a note of it. Next, click the minimise screen tab on the Body Shop screen, and start your graphics editor. Find and open your project folder, open a texture file and start making the changes you want! When you're finished save the file, then switch back to Body Shop to preview your creation by clicking the Refresh Sim Preview button. You should now be seeing your changes. When you're ready, click on 'Import To Game', and now your Sims can wear your clothes!
