    Help on Starter Packs...

I recently had to reformat my computer (making me lose all my files... No big deal, I had them all on disks or online) and today when I was trying to install the Content packs I couldn't do it. No matter what mirror I tried to download from they always came out looking like, just a file (see picture)...

How can I download the correct files?

It looks like there may have been a problem installing the BodyShop program itself. You need to install that, make sure it works, then quit it. *Then* install the content packs. If you don't do it in that order, the computer doesn't recognize its program type and so it won't have the icon.

If your BodyShop program was installed and running allright, and you quit so that it was not running while you were installing the content pack, then I have no idea what happened. You could try clicking on it to see what happens, but it really sounds like there is something wrong with your content installer.

I looked at it this morning and it was working fine... I didn't even do anything, but as long as it works!

That's weird. I wonder if it just needed to be closed and then opened again. (Unless you restarted your computer in the meantime. That can sometimes help a multitude of problems. Every time my computer has some sort of glitch, my computer geek friends tell me to reboot, even if I've already done it once. And often that makes it work.)

Well, even though it works now I'll mention this. The picture you attached seems to show that the file was still in ZIP form. I dont know if this REALLY matters, but i always extract ZIP files first. i think thats what your supposed to do.

I took the picture when the file was zipped but when I was trying to install them I made sure to unzip the folder. Thanks anyways! I think I just forgot to reboot the computer...
