help with downloading cc [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif] I used to be able to get my cc into the actual game. All of a sudden the downloads folder wasn't there anymore so I made one, and then when I put it in the folder some of the cc wouldn't work, I forget exactly what I did but I changed the files some how because I thought maybe thats why some weren't working and now the icon on them has the body shop logo on it and when i double click on it it says "double-click to install content" or something, but double-clicking never does anything it just keeps saying that. Its not sims2pack files. I'm using the meshes and I have the right eps. How can I get the files to go back to normal without it being a body shop file or whatever it is? Now all the cc I try to put in the game doesn't show up. The last thing I want to do is reinstall everything, unless I know it will work then, but I think the files would still show up the same way. The files in your downloads folder should all be .package files. If they aren't, you'll have to change them back. (I've seen people accidently change all their files to a different type. Bad news as it's a lot of work to fix it all.) Make sure that you have the enable colors package in your folder but not in a subfolder. If you don't have the enable colors package, then many furniture pieces won't show up.
They might also show up as different (looking) file formats if you have Simpe or the Sims2 Clean Pack Installer installed on your computer.
