Troubleshooting Helpppp!!!!!!!

my sims 2 pets disc stops at 85% and says support/*.* i exhanged it for the same thing and still the same probleem i have nough memory and if i dont fix it i have to send it back to maxis so i can get my money back because bestbuy wont give it back
