Just thought i would say hello to one and all. I'm ruggie i'm from australia and totally addicted to sims. I have most sims on snes, gamecube, xbox and pc. I have finished all the sims on xbox and gamecube (didn't sleep for days cause of it lol). I am right now hooked on sims 2 snice that got relesed here in aussie. I have so far got 2 of my kids hooked as well but unable to get hubby hooked. I might be able to help you guys on with the urbs and the other that are for xbox,psp2 and cube.

Hi Ruggie. I am sure that we'd love more help with the Urbz side of things. Our Urbz forum is a bit quiet and I, for one, don't have any ideas about why that is so. Maybe it's because most Urbz players are having too much fun to bother with web surfin', maybe it's cos the game is so well made that few folks need help, maybe it's down to the lack of custom content .... Anyway feel free to post away there offering to help out. All help is greatfully received.

Word of warning ... if you get to be too helpful Manager Josh might wave his magic wand and turn you into a moderator! :p

hello ruggie, I am a fellow Australian who also has a slight problem concerning the Sims, I've bought every one that has been made for the PC and X-Box, although the Urbz I have played only a handful of times, couldn't really get into it. Concerning getting my children into the Sims, well, I don't want to share lol, no really, they aren't that interested, one of my nephews is though, I can't get him off the xbox! And my husband thinks I really do have a problem with it, so I try not to talk to him about it...

Anyway, welcome to World Sims, there are a few of us Aussies around in here, so enjoy yourself.

lol i woke my hubby up yesterday about 11:30am going "hubby i found a sims board and sims night life is coming out and you get to own a car, and go on dates for sims 2" all i got out of him was him hitting me with his pillow and saying shut up i hate the sims lol. Poor guy now i KNOW whats coming out he can't hide it no more :D hehehehehe. Thanks for the welcome i already feel like home. Dont worry i can't help out to much many game playing i can help with and maybe dling as well. And the ubz forum is very dead. But it is a simple game and so straight forward no wonder i finished it in 4 days. Anyway thanks all back to game playing i go.

Hi there Ruggie! Your Hubby and my Hubby should start a group like "Al-Anon", the group for the families of addicts, only make it "Sims-Anon". Or maybe just the "Nuke All Sims So I Can Have My Wife Back" club. Hey, they could get jackets! :D

I play in short spurts when my husband is home, because it annoys him so much. At one point he thought of a good way to get me back, he bought a very loud booming submarine game and sat for hours playing it. Our computer is in our living room right beside the doorway to the kitchen, and so no matter what room I was in, the boom would annoy me. Luckilly, he beat the game! :) The good thing about TS2 is that just when we think we beat it, they go and have grandchildren! :p And Hubbys just don't understand.

Anyway, welcome to the Forums, and I hope you'll stay and be very happy here.
