Highways In the SimCity4 videos i have seen at ign.com, i hear the SimCity developer talking about "Super Highways", does this mean there will be two or more varieties of highways? Like maybe a regular, ground level Highway, and a raised or Super Highway. Well if anyone knows, please reply, ty.

Nope. People who have paypal could paypal money and I would be able to know where they are. In addition, people who also have VISA/MC could purchase something off the worldsims wishlist and I would also know. So technically it wouldn't limit one to United States. Matter if you have the right resources and connections.
OK. just wondered... that contest of youurs states you have to be an US citizen.. or that's how I understood it. WasI wrong?
Yeah, it is easier for me to host a contest here in the United States. As soon as I get enough staff that resides on Key Locations, such as the European Union, Asia, and Australia, I might hold a worldwide contest. But at this time I don't have staff in the European Union or Asia so I figured I'd limit at this time to United States, and Canada.
