How Do I Holiday pot roast makes Refrigerator say it is empty...

What is with the Holiday pot roast? When I try to make it the refrigerator says that it is empty, but it's not. I can make other stuff including the Santa cookies. (Obviously I have the Holiday stuff pack). I had it once before and when I had to uninstall all my stuff a year ago and then re-install I neglected to add it, so I added it now and want to cook the pot roast.

 

I believe you need a Cornucopia on the lot to be able to make it.
