How do I move my created Region to another comp?

    Hey there,
I have this problem which may seem really ridiculous to some computer expert here.
I have created my own region which Iike a lot a few months ago. I keep slowly building it. Now I bought a laptop and installed SimCity 4 into it as well and I would like to get my region there as well. So what do I do? I wetn to where SC is installed and into all the folders and I found regions there, but there are only the originals. Where is my region saved and how do I download it? Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot in advance guys!
    Roman

Hard drive crashes and accidental deletion are common reasons for losing our precious saved games. Crashes always strike when you finally reach your goal. Just our luck, eh? We aren't helpless. We can back-up our cities in "SimCity 4," and save ourselves some heartache.
    Difficulty: Easy
    Time Required: Varies
    Here's How:

    1. Choose your back-up method, whether it be another hard drive in your computer or network, online storage, or a CD.
    2. Open Windows Explorer.
    3. Open My Documents.
    4. Browse to: \SimCity 4\Regions\ [C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\SimCity 4\Regions\ is full folder path with Username being your Windows account name]
    5. The folder names will be the title of your region. Copy the regions you want to save to your back-up source (CD, external hard drive, etc.)
    6. Remember to back-up your "SimCity 4" cities regularly. The more often you play, probably the more you'll want to back-up.
