How do you use community lots? I have struggled with these since I first bought the Sims 2. I tend to not use them much since the disruption of time seems to bug me. I also don't like the jerky feel of them, but that could be my PC choking on them. How do you all use yours? -Hrnac
I don't use them very often, but when I do I enjoy them. The 'shopping' lots aren't very exciting but I have fun in the downtown lots where my sims can go on dates and party or have a family meal (or run a shop). That's nice to do sometimes. And the pet park is ok in the new expansion although custom ones are better. I don't find them jerky at all. You may need to upgrade your computer. The time is strange, but I like that the time you spend at the community lot doesn't effect the time at the home lot. Mostly because it means I know my sims won't get fired if I spend too much time there (and the pets won't destroy the house if the sims leave them there. Cass.
