Really easy question, but really don't know how to get kid.

Surprisingly, it works about the same way it does in real life...

 

Have two sims who are in love. Make them both relax on a double bed at the same time (click on the bed and choose "relax"). Then click on the other sim, and choose the option "Try for Baby". They will do their thing, and if your sim is pregant there will be this little music thing at the end.

 

Ok, it's relax the way to get kid...nice...

You can also call "adoption agency" and buy a baby. But the other way is much more fun.
