Howwww? Ive been on thesims.com alot looking at the sim2 exchange and i noticed that the sims have streaky hair? how do u go about doing this? do u have to have that program er what? thank yewwww:cheeky:
The streaked hair is probably custom content. You use BodyShop to give you access to the hair file and then you use a paint program to give it the streaks (but hair files are complicated and have many parts compared to regular clothes.) There are also several others such as TSR (The Sims Resource) which is a pay site but they do have some free ones as well (although currently their best hair is pay only.:ermm
