It would help if you could have given a fuller set of system information, such as display adapter, driver, ram etc. However your problem may be fixable by by installing from disc images. See this EA Support guide to installing from disc images ... you'll have to work thru it step by step and make no mistakes ... be careful and good luck and PLEASE COME BACK and tell us how it worked out! Also there's a question I'd like to ask you but you need to have the game installed first ... now there's a mystery ... Mirelly needs help
