i dont get wut happend ok like i went to the sims and got some famillys and now 1 of them i cant even look at my game crashes if i try so i ran the file cop and all but i dont know wut to do plezz help:beard:

The family is bad - either corrupt or your game "doesn't like it" Write down the name of the bad family. Exit the game. Go to The Sims/User Data/Export - copy all families except the bad one to another folder. Get the houses (except for the bad one) if you wish. Move all this to another User Data directory. Delete the UserData directory you had been using ( we have to replace it and rebuild the neighborhood). When you get into the game, import all those families and restart. Good luck.
