    I have a question

Does anyone experience the game Simcity 4 to run a little slower after you just zoomed in and zoomed out? Also does it seem a little slower during a disaster? One more question if Simcity 4 works smoothly on my PC does that mean sims 2 will too? Any help would be appreciated.:winks: :winks:

Well I don't have SC4 but I remember with my old SC it didnt go slower when you zoomed that might be a problem and yes if it works smoothly on a desktop then it should work with TS2!

I've noticed that at times too, but since I got a full gig of RAM it hasn't been so bad. And I suspect that if I had a better graphics card that it might work even better.

SimCity4 doesn't have quite the specs required for Sims2. I suspect that if you had problems with SC4, that TS2 would be a problem too. However, if it works well for SC4 it might still be slow for TS2 (especially if you are finding rendering things is slow during zoom in/out which is what it sounds like you do.) There's more actual action in TS2 than in SC4 that needs to have constant rendering.

I have no problems at all... especially (sp?) if I'm going to uninstall all that stuff anyway so I have all the space TS2 wants to have to work super smoothly.
