IKEA. Makes furnitures for ordinary people. You actually put it together yourselves, which means lower prices due to lower warehouse costs and stuff. Have been here in Sweden since the late 60th's I think. Reached USA a few years ago. The concept is good. That would be a cute downtown lot idea Dude!! Hmmm.... Need to make some archetect office things... big etched window, nice desk with house plans and stuff all over it, a drafting table and chair... maybe get cute and make some lumber, paint buckets, wallpaper rolls for decorations.... Maybe some paintings of actual sims houses from the neighborhood screenshot.... What do you think??
