Install Error-please help I try installing the game, I have background programs closed, and it starts to install, and before the 2nd bar shows on the progress meter, I get this error message: ERROR reading from file D:\Support\EA\Help\ea-us\Electronic_Arts_Technical_Support.ews Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. So I can click on either cancel (which cancels installation) retry-which gives me same message or Ignore-which gives the same message except after support it says .glo then again I hit ignore, and it'll say .hha.hhk and on and on...........Any suggestions? fep413@aol.com
Try turning off any anti-virus program and disable the fire-wall. Install should then work properly HTH
