Is it possible is it possible to add roads or water to your neighborhood screen? or even to delete roads? i know you can add like ocean water but i am making like a country neighborhood and i dont want as many roads as my neighborhood has and would like to add like a lake or a bigger river. if you are not able to change that stuff does anyone know how to create your a custom neighborhood?? thanks:hissyfit:
No. It's not. Sorry. I wish it was, too. I hate when I can't put something somewhere I want because the road is too short. I think you can import neighborhoods from other places, though I've never figured out how. But once they're there, you can't change 'em. What dya think this is, Sim City?
