Is the add on "stuff" packs worth it? hi all, Im a big fan of sims2 as is everyone else here, however the only add on I didnt want to get was the family fun stuff. I dont know, is it really worth it to get it? I first saw it in a game stop store, but decided to skip out on it cause I didnt want to shell over 20 bucks for just a bunch of add ons (stuff)... =/ but I saw a lot of pictures of how fun the things looked, and well I guess I just want some advice.. & I wanted to ask then, is glamour life then worth it to buy?
Here, check out this thread. We discussed the packs there and you'll see our opinions on it. If you're a big downloader like several of us here, it's worth getting it just because of lot of the creaters are using the meshes for their new creations. However, it doesn't add a lot of stuff to it and honestly you can find just as nice of things to download for free without having to shell out $20.00.
thankies thanks jupitershana, I guess then I might as well not just buy it. It sucked feeling like I was missing out on the "simming" experience. But I guess I can do without that much more stuff and just d/l objects off the internet instead, and anyway, this will save me much more space for the new expansion packs...
You're right about that, and luckily there was no added socials or interactions. The only thing that was added was if you didn't have nightlife, the stuff packs added the inventory option and turn ons/offs. But if you already have nightlife then it doesn't matter!
