    I think a water filter helps....Using a powerful enough filter (powerful enough to circulate lots of water) and not to trap fish helps keep the water algae free.

    rather expensive...cats and dogs requires licenses and incurs lots of fees

    Oh. I see. That makes it expensive then yes. But it also means that most people think it throuh before getting the animals. Which is good for the animals.:)
    How about pets like guinea pigs, hamsters and rabbits?

    I prefer tropical fish...makes my life easier in the real world......and sims world too :)

    generally cheaper nut still about 30 bucks?

    hmmm.... well. If it's US $ you mean it's about the average price for a rabbit here. Guinea pigs are a lil bit cheaper.. Hamsters are about half the cost. :)

    I got a dwarf hamster anyway...scardy hamster..scared of everyone

    They are small.. that's why it's scared. Take it easy and always talk before you pick it up. Take your time. If you pet it a lot it will get used to it and eventually it will be tame. :)

    Nina rears lots of animals...she has a vast experience in dealing with them
