Here’s a surprising shocker – I knew that Dr. Wright in the SNES version of SimCity is based on its creator, Will Wright.* I also knew that Will Wright is inspired by Shigeru Miyamoto, the creator of Mario and the Legend of Zelda.* I did not know that Dr. Wright is in The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening as ‘Mr. White‘.* It appears they both are friends, with a picture of them SimCity back in 1989.* Wow.
