Troubleshooting Loading family screen then CRASH

    Loading family screen then CRASH

    I cleared out my Sims by doing the control shift c and deleteAllCharacters. Then I created several new families. When I try to move any family into the neighborhood, I get the loading family screen and then the game crashes.

    Any suggestions?

    I have Macintosh G4 running OS 10.4.8.

    Thanks for any help.
