    Marrage?

I have two sims that are engaged. I have tried to get them to get married, by either:

    (1) Clicking on "propose" then "marry".
    (a) "Marry" in "propse" doesnt show up. Only "stay the night" does.

    (2) Get married using the wedding arch.
    (a) When I try to click on the Wedding Arch, there are no actions available.

Why aren't my sims able to get married??

    Need a little more information.

Does the active sim live on a lot with eight people on it already?

Is one of them in university at present?

Any other specific circumstances might help narrow down the cause of the problem.

Are they in college? College students can't marry until they're out of college (the exception is if the sim you're controlling is an adult and the other sim a college student -doesn't work the other way around though-).

    Hey you guys-
I figured it out. The two sims werent moved in with eachother. But I dont get that I couldnt move them in together either. Oh well, I created another sim and tried to marrry them, but first I had to move them in together. Then i could get them married.
Thanks for all you guys help. (Or effort to help)

    Thx

Huh that's odd, because you don't usually have to move Sims in for them to marry. Oh well, what works will work.
