    Missing Baby

In one of my families, a baby, Patrick, disappeared from the lot. Whenever I assigned a sim to put the baby it his crib, the action would disappear and the sim wouldn't perform the task. The baby wasn't taken from the lot by another sim, as there was no guests on the lot. I searched the entire lot for Patrick but I couldn't find him:(. His icon is still on the control panel and in the family tree, but there's no baby...

I searched the forum for any info but I couldn't find it. I think it might have happened b/c I installed Uni... any advice on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.:D

    Nice avatar...

In this post here, I had similar issues after installing TS2U.

After much deliberation, I trashed the house, and moved the family back in. I wish there was something similar to Simcity, where you could create disasters to destroy your houses ... like earthquakes and fires ... that would be fun.

Y'all had me confused for a second. I was just scanning down to look at who all replied, and was thinking, "Why did she keep replying to herself?" LMAO!! Sorry. Its late and I'm tired.

That's what happens when everyone has to pick from the same pool of avatars.

That's why I don't use an avatar. I tried a couple but they didn't really suit me ...

Nothing entirely captures being "Fat, sassy, and happy"? Or having a name that is too long for the board formatting?

This was the only avatar that remotely suited me... plus I remember watching the show when I was little... it brings back memories.:D:rolleyes:

By the way, I took Gary's advice and moved my family back in... and Patrick's back!:)

Oops. Am I violating some unwritten rules?

Nope. I'm a fan of Pinky's, and Jack Skellington's, but I don't aspire to BE them. What I really wanted was a happy fat cat but I didn't see one.

I watched "Nightmare Before Christmas" a couple days ago, and now, JMP's avatar really does look like Jack Skellington...

There's an actual Jack Skellington you can use as well.

    Love that movie!

Okay, would someone please tell me the name of the girl in my avatar? I chose her because she looks a little like me. :) I'm guessing she's from the Final Fantasy Series?

I think she's Yuna from FFX, except she looks younger.

Since this thread is already way off topic, I thought I'd mention that I posted pix of some of my community lots in the Objects Forum. Let me know what you think of them.
