Network: Core 4 Reboot To alleviate some technical problems, we are upgrading our Core 4 router on July 12th at 2 AM Central Time to a new software version. This upgrade should cause minimal impact on our network, with interruption in carrier service being limited primarily to local peering and XO connectivity.
