New Clothes in OFB I think the new clothes (with the exception of the silly costumes) are better than the ones that came with Nightlife. What do you guys think? I am soooo glad to finally have a normal looking ankle-length skirt, instead of one that looks like someone mummified their legs together.
I like that skirt too. I always hated the mummy skirt. I also like the "normal guy" clothes, although none of my sims are wearing them yet. Still, as soon as I can trap some of the townies and "suggest outfit" a few of them are getting a makeover. I hate the long sleeves with shorts look. Ugh. And I'm just plain tired of seeing the same outfits all the time, even on the townies who look OK. I also love the new hairstyles for girls. The short one with the bangs across the face is really styling, and the updo is cute. I thought most of the NL clothes were kind of trashy, all a one note kind of thing, OK for clubbing I guess but a bit much for every day. I guess it depends on the sim, but it's nice to have more variety to choose from. Of course I'm a downloading fool and most of my favorite outfits are still made by other sources. But, still. Kudos to Maxis for some nice designs.
I absolutely loved the clothing that came with Nightlife! It's so flamboyant and outrageously cool...I like to live vicariously through my sims. I loved the kimono-looking thing with the short skirt.
The outfit I love the most from OFB has to be the wide leg pinstripe trousers with the long strap top and belt. Michelle wears it.
