NPCs growing up? I have this guy called Dirk Dreamer in Pleasentville and he loves this guy called Ricky (Gervis?) i want him to get joined to Ricky and i put in the cheat so that Dirk is now an adult but will Ricky grow into an adult too cause i think he is an NPC please help
The only way that I know of to have Townies grow up (without using cheats or hacks) is to have them "move in" to your house so that they become a 'playable' character. Once you are good enough friends with a Townie you will have the option to "Propose" and under that, you can select "Move In". Then the townie will age.
I cant imagin' someone putting in the cheat to have Townies and NPCs aging... then you forget while playing with a family and find out everyone has decided to go away for a while... a long while...
if both Dirk and his townie friend from Pleasantview are teens, another solution is offered by University. From the neighbourhood screen of Pleasantview, you can even send teen NPC's to university. Best regards, Boerge
