I reinstalled the sims 3 with all the expansion packs on another PC and when i get to buy/build mode the space squares that turn green when its ok to place and red when its not able to place lasers to the corner of my screen! Ive backed up saves, deleted cache files, uninstalled packages and packs, and basically done all the troubleshooting but it still does it. So my question is, if anyone knows about a debugging program i can use or something that can possibly help please let me know. Thank you.
It may be a graphics card problem. You need to post your Dxdiag so that we can see what the problem is.
Yeah looks like either your driver is old and corrupted or the hardware isn't up to snuff on running the game.
