Oh geez The adults are turning into elders Yeah ummm yeah my adults are about to have a baby and there is only like 6 days intill they become a elder. Its not a huge problem cause they can still take care of him. And theres also his older brother that will be able to help out. Anyways just wondering if it will go alright cause they will be elders when the kid is like a toddler....
You should be fine if you keep the parents in good health. Once they turn elders they generally live for another 20 or so sim days. So by that time your toddler will probably be a late teen.
One of my sims raised all of his children, all of which were born shortly after he became elder, from his trophy wife. Two of them have reached adulthood.The old goat is still kicking, and it doesn't look like he's going to keel over anytime soon, as he's at 64 days, and his age bar is less than half full. I suspect he's going to live an extremely long life.
