when i start the game a message pop up saying <the version of the game you are running is incompatible with your user data. please update your game via the game launcher.> i go to the game launcher and i already have the latest version. please help :(
Oh, dear. I had that problem too, just yesterday. It's a glitch that makes the basegame incompatible with your EPs. Read this first: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/294181.page First try getting the actual version numbers for each of your basegame and EP/SPs. If they are not up to date, then use the standalone (which I recommend you download somewhere on your computer and then run it, rather than apply directly. It takes a lot of time to download them and sometimes you have to run them more than once.)
