Umm, if you're referring to your sim wife, you can make up by telling her jokes, chatting, and otherwise slowly working your way back into her good will. If you want to divorce her, try woohoo with a neighbor when she's around to catch you at it. The option to break up or divorce will probably become available, then. If you're talking real life, please ignore the advice about getting a divorce. It's strickly for Simtown. I was assuming, when I answered this question that you have the PC version of the game. These suggestions might not apply for a PS2/Handheld/whatever version.
