Power Deals??? how do i initiate a power deal... selling power or buying power??? I have power-line connections to all surrounding cities but i cannot find any possible chance for a power deal in the deals area where the expenses are... just wondering if i have to find it elsewhere? (i cant find it in the same place where garbage deals are found)
To set up a power deal you need a city with more power than it needs and another with enough money to buy (and of they course they need to be connected ) Power can initially only be sold in blocks of 1000MW so the selling city needs at least that much available and preferably the same amount again (the game won't easily let you sell a city into brown outs).
It's often a good idea to build a seperate plant if you're going to do a power deal. The investment pays off in the longer term with reliability and plenty of power to go around. As Mirelly said the neighbour must basically *need* the power in the first place.
