Problems with Seasons Hello all! I got the sims 2 seasons recently and I am starting to notice some problems with it. Any help that could be offered would be great. BTY I have already looked at the list of common bugs and none of mine seem to be on there. 1. My sprinklers dont work 2. I click on the pond and even though the little star comes up like I should be able to click on it, nothing happens and I cannot fish 3. I fertilize the patches of land and then plant tomatoes but even though I tend to them constantly nothing grows. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The pond will only work if you dont have a tree or garden or object in the way. Try clicking in different spots on tha pond or try make a bigger and deeper pond. sometimes clicking on the neighborhood and then re entering your lot might fix some problems. As for the other problems . Not to sure. somebody might be able to help. regards moon
Do you have any hacks or mods downloads? I know I wasn't able to fish at first either because some of my hacks/mods interfered with the way the game worked. I would try removing your downloads folder first then try to play it and see if those things work. If they do then you know it's one of your downloads and you get to have to fun task of going through all your downloads to clean them out and figure out which one is interfering with your game play!
Does that only happen in one lot or in all lots?? if it's only happen in one lot try to move your family to a new one, when i have problems like that i move the family and that works but of course your problem could be diferent like jupitershana have told..
Yeah, this happens in all of the lots. I do have the insimenator. Do you think that could be the problem??
You'll need to take that up with the site that you downloaded it from. There will be Seasons version of Insim ... you MUST have that or everything will be wonky.
That was the one download I had that was causing problems with fishing...until I updated to the new version that is.
