    Question about adopting townie teens

Is it doable? There is a teen sim that I absolutely adore, is there anyway for me to adopt him to a playable character?

Teen sims cannot be adopted. The only way to get them as playable sims is to use a hacked object, send them to Uni from the students manager, or kill and resurrect them.

Can you invite a player teen to move in with you? I know you can't invite townie teens ... but I have a teen whose dad is so much better off financially than her mom, and besides she doesn't get along with her stepdad since her baby brother was born. I'd like her to go live with her biological father who oddly treats her better even though he's a romance sim and her mom and stepdad are family and knowledge. Having her at home might cramp his style a bit but she's off to college in about a week.

I tried propose move in but it wasn't an option. They're friends and almost at best friends. Do they have to be best friends before he can propose it, or can't he?

    Just wondering ...

Teens, by default, cannot be proposed to move in, nor can they move out. The only way to normally transfer a non-adult between households is to use an adult as a "courier" to move in and out.

OK, then. I'll just get her step-uncle to act as courier then move him back to his bachelor pad. He's already good friends with her dad. :)

    Thanks!
