Do a search on Google. Maybe someone has it as a .pdf or .html version. Didn't it come with the game when you bought it?
Typically, it would come in the game box. As you have asked, I assume you dont have it ;p . Try looking on the CD. Many old Maxis games had the manuals on the CD, as 'Online Manual'. I'm not sure if this is true for Vacation. Do as Ningengirai said. Do a Google search, and if I find anything in the meantime, I'll post back. Copter.
