restaurant business couple questions about a restaurant business so i have about 100 customer loyalty stars.. how many is the max? does it depend on how many people are in my neighborhood? also, every now and again, theres this blue/white "light" over one of my employees.. and then after a few seconds, it fades.. what does this mean? its happened twice with two different employees. and what/how does the employee pay become "fairly paid" after it was adjusted to "overpaid" what is considered fairly paid? it just keeps going up. any answers would be great. thanks!
