Ridiculously Low RCI Demand for First City in Region I've been playing SimCity 4 off and on for a few years now. Recently I went back and installed the game on my laptop, and I've noticed something strange. Every time I start the first city in a region in Easy mode, my RCI demand is ridiculously low; it's never been this low for any new city. Usually I can't satisfy the demand fast enough, but now I'll start a city and it'll grow to a very small size and then stop entirely. At first this problem was happening all over a region I created myself by importing an image, but it's even happening in the San Francisco region in a big city lot I used to use over and over again with no problem. Has anybody here had a similar problem?
