RIP Billy Mays – July 20, 1958 – June 28, 2009 This month has been horrible with all of the celebrity deaths.* David Carradine, Farah Fawcett, Michael Jackson.* Now one more has been captured by the Grim Reaper – infomercial spokesman Billy Mays.* No cause of his death yet but we’re led to believe he may of suffered a head injury from his flight home the previous night.* His plane’s tire blew while landing, and luggage fell down on top of his head.* However, he was quoted that he ‘had a hard head’ and was in fact, okay. Either way, this guy was one of my favorite people to watch during commercials.* In honor, I decided to create a Sim in his name.* Hopefully you’ll add him to your game. What’s odd about this is that during April Fools, I pulled a gag in which Billy Mays was promoting The Sims 3… You know in light-hearted fun, I hope they put on his tombstone:* “BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!”.* It would be a nice touch.
